Thank you for shopping at Northpeak Scale. This Shipping Policy explains how we ship orders, our delivery times, and what to expect after placing an order.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to:

- Canada
- European Union countries
- United Kingdom
- Selected international destinations

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 5-10 business days
- Canada: 7-14 business days
- Europe and United Kingdom: 10-20 business days
- Other international: 14-30 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or other factors outside of our control.
ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Northpeak Scale is not responsible for any customs, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
UNDELIVERED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at jesdetorres1998@gmail.com. We will investigate with the carrier and assist with resolution.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos at jesdetorres1998@gmail.com.
