RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Northpeak Scale. We want you to be fully satisfied with every order. If you're not happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
RETURNS
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in the original packaging
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse
REFUNDS
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs when returning an item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at jesdetorres1998@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at jesdetorres1998@gmail.com.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To start a return, please email us at jesdetorres1998@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
